The former Magnolia Glen, a vacated hotel, abandoned over 8 years ago, is on the verge of transformation into a multi-family residential community called Earl Hatcher Commons.
Meet the new owner, see the renovation plan, and learn more about Permanent Supportive Housing (PHS) and the many positive ways it impacts a community.
Meet community leaders and volunteers in the effort to end chronic and veteran homelessness in Houston by 2016. Also, find out how you can join the effort to reduce the number of individuals living on the streets.
Those wishing to see the building in its pre-renovation form are invited to attend a pre-event tour of the site beginning at 4:30pm.
A Community Notice with Directions is attached.
